Bring Trader Joe's to Rockwall County

We, the residents of Rockwall County — including Fate, Rockwall, Royse City, Heath and the surrounding East DFW communities — respectfully ask Trader Joe's to consider opening a new neighborhood store in Fate, Texas — specifically within the new Lafayette Crossing development at I-30 and FM 551/Crawford Road.

Rockwall County and the surrounding East DFW area are growing rapidly, yet our community currently does not have convenient access to a Trader Joe's.

Lafayette Crossing presents an exceptional opportunity for a future Trader Joe's location. The 267-acre development is positioned along I-30 and is becoming one of East Rockwall County's major retail destinations, with both Target and Kroger serving as major anchors.

Fate itself has grown dramatically in recent years and has a young, family-oriented and increasingly affluent population. More importantly, a Trader Joe's in Fate would serve a much larger regional customer base extending throughout Rockwall County and the rapidly growing communities east of Dallas.
