Please consider Lafayette Crossing at I-30 & FM 551 in Fate, Texas for a future Trader Joe's. This location would serve Fate, Rockwall, Royse City and the rapidly growing East DFW area. Target and Kroger are already anchoring the new Lafayette Crossing development, and Fate has experienced tremendous residential growth. My family would regularly shop at a Trader Joe's at this location.
